I am looking to upgrade my Windows 10 from 32 bit to 64 bit with a clean install, yes, the hardware supports a 64 bit os, my concern is would my current 32 bit key work with the 64 bit Windows 10 once upgraded, would it activate with no issues whatsoever?
I have also checked that the 32 bit win 10 was activated with a Digital Licence,, and I extracted the product key using Produkey, I tried one day installed the 64 bit os, alongside as a dual boot its not staying like this , the product id number was different, does this matter at all?

Make sure during the booted install to follow the illustrated steps to delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, then click Next to let it auto-create the needed partitions, format them and begin install - this makes it foolproof. Uncheck the box for Recommended Settings to choose the exact version and bit rate for the target PC only.
Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered, skip the Product Key screen and choose your licensed version only if offered. On second screen choose Install Now, then Custom Install, then at the drive selection screen delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, click Next to let it create needed partitions and start install - this makes it foolproof.
